September 28 I Love Spinning - Report
Saturday afternoon dedicated to spinning than in Teramo, at the gym, "Club Interamnia. A Long Ride spinning, 120 minutes of hard physical effort on the bike fixed accompanied by instructors of the caliber of Tiziana Di Fabio (JGSI star 1), Antonio Merletti (JGSI star 1), Mirko Levers (JGSI star 2) and Massimo Notarantonio (JGSI star 2).
Before proceeding to summarize the event held a note of credit must be given to the location that hosts the event. A really nice gym. Parking with a lift that descends directly inside the gym, floor -1 for the part of fitness and floor -2 for the pool. A location very clean locker rooms with huge and flawless.

However, taking into account the number of bikes that were prepared and the small number of empty ones, taking into account the size of the space devoted to the ride that was so big boy but it could contain up to 30/40 bikers. Based on these considerations, I suppose it was more or less the target estimated by the organizers.

September 22 Spinning ... in progress - Chieti - Report

Sunday, September 20th was held in Chieti Spinning a long ride that is 120 minutes of pedaling on a stationary bicycle.
The event called "Spinning ... in progress" had been organized by Abruzzo Team In & Out from the gym and Eurasia.
The event was held at the Villa Comunale. Unfortunately for meteorological reasons had been moved from the sports facilities in Via Madonna della Vittoria. But I did not know this, and because although overcast, it was not raining, I headed toward the house, fortunately with an advance of one hour to the start of the event scheduled for 18:00.
Side note: the iPhone as a navigator is really crap. Two surfers, TomTom and Sygic completely unusable because of the iPhone with GPS sensor delay in updating the stratospheric lose a point on the map So that was a turning away or almost the rule and we must do mentally to understand tweens where you are actually and between what is the next turn.
But back to the event. I come finally to the house, get out, and after a few laps in the park, I realize that something is wrong. Fortunately the dear Annalisa, my guardian angel, can be reached on his cell phone and he confirmed the suspicion of the moving to the sporting event.
We're back then, and again another heartache with the GPS of the iPhone. I tell you one thing. I was in front of the plant and for the navigator of the iPhone there were still 9 minutes arrival!! And in fact I passed in front of them twice. The first time with his eyes fixed on the navigator I have not noticed anything, the second time, dropping the navigator saw the plants and biker friends waiting outside the palace.
In the end, laughing and joking, the hour before she was reduced to just ten minutes. And I was not the only one, because the event is shifted forward by half an hour because many had been displaced by this change of location and they had lost in the streets of Chieti.
Then starts to talk about the actual event. All very nice, on stage Gaspar Firmani, Nicholas Ciancio, Saverio Fennel and Giampiero D'Angelo that have divided the task of bringing "the summit", thirty minutes each to two hours of hard work.
Excellent gadget bag with two bottles of water, t-shirt memory of the event, and a bottle of POWERBAR ACE.
The only small downside is personal, the first twenty minutes that I could not fully enjoy because I chose a bike that was flying slightly off-axis and then vibrated bad about being thrust. Twenty minutes in which I seemed to have a vibrator for hands and up on .... Oh well did you know ... down below.
Luckily the bike at the side was free and much better though, because of hasty regulations made along the way, I could not find a comfortable position throughout the first hour.
I said, the first session of thirty minutes with Gaspar Firmani has taken ten heater opening minutes of the plain with a little jump off in ten minutes of freestyle where everyone has chosen the preferred technique for frequency up and the last ten minutes flat in sprint.
Second session by Nicholas Ciancio. Nicholas, you see above with the towel very useful event "Spinning in Controguerra", was truly exceptional at this event, either as trainers or in other ways which I will explain below. Speaking specifically of this session thirty minutes really tough and challenging. Three loops characterized by ten jump four times separated by a long jump of thirty seconds and a quick recovery while maintaining the same strength. After these first three loops, a short break and again three loops are identical but one has grown in strength to increase exercise.
Change of witness and, at the controls, Saverio Fennel honestly not convinced me that much. The first twenty minutes were very limp when, at least I did not understand what the purpose. Consider them as twenty minutes of recovery or in a flat sprint. Then, in the remaining period, many, perhaps four or five series of jumps at two times, even the last series I believe they were 25 to jump two times in a row. Do not think I've ever made so many jumps to two. Not that I have enjoyed as a technique even if the last five minutes were really hard and exhausting.
Finally Giampiero D'Angelo, described by Gaspar, the "history of spinning Abruzzo," a gentleman of a certain age but with lots of grit on him. Both technical and a dramatic his performance has been excellent. His premise was that with him over the last thirty minutes we would have done the climb. If ascent was, was very fast, jump, climbing and riding, but at a very high rate so that many of the accompanying music had an increase in the rhythm that seemed to be to do a sprint on the plain with the regulation of effort to climb .

Last note to justify the fantastic performance of Nicholas as well as trainer. During the ride, a young lady is taking over the bike to distribute the free tickets for a drawing of a Polar F4 free. September 07 Hearts in Motion - A brief guide
It 'was just a nice afternoon of spinning one past Saturday in Alba Adriatica seafront Marconi. It is also associated with pleasure when the social donate to charity the proceeds to help friends of the Eagle, then the presence is a must.

Spinning Controguerra a great evening at the first event

Two-hour event, more than 60 participants, nine instructors on stage to give life to one of the most important events in the XXIV ° gastronomic feast of local produce.

April 17 Spinning pro quake
